Jubilee® Light Range 304 Stainless Steel Hose Clips – Slim Worm Drive Clamps, Multiple Sizes

• Slim Jubilee® Light Range design: The narrower 9.3mm band is designed for confined installations where a standard-width hose clip may be too bulky, making these clamps particularly useful around engines, machinery and closely positioned pipework.
• 304 stainless steel construction: Manufactured from corrosion-resistant 304 stainless steel for demanding installations in marine, automotive, agricultural, industrial and general workshop environments.
• Continuously adjustable worm drive: The fully threaded band allows accurate diameter adjustment throughout the stated size range, helping produce an even and controlled grip around compatible hoses and fittings.
• Lower-torque sealing performance: The lightweight construction is designed to provide an effective hose seal at lower tightening torques, reducing unnecessary bulk while retaining dependable clamping performance.
• Extensive diameter selection: Available in adjustment ranges from 9.5–12mm through to 140–160mm, covering small-bore hoses, vehicle pipework, pumps, marine equipment and larger industrial connections.

Jubilee® Light Range 304 Stainless Steel Hose Clips

Jubilee® Light Range hose clips provide dependable worm-drive clamping in installations where available space or overall weight is restricted. Their narrower 9.3mm band makes them particularly useful around vehicle engines, marine equipment, pumps, machinery and compact pipe assemblies.

Each clip is manufactured from 304 stainless steel, providing improved corrosion resistance for demanding environments where zinc-protected mild steel may not be suitable. The continuously threaded band allows smooth adjustment throughout the stated diameter range, helping the clip tighten evenly around compatible rubber, silicone and flexible hose materials.

Compact and accurately adjustable

The worm-drive housing uses a 7mm across-flats screw and can be tightened using a suitable socket, spanner, screwdriver or Jubilee® flexible driver. Recommended and maximum tightening torques vary according to the selected diameter, so excessive force should be avoided.

Typical applications include:

• Marine pumps, hoses and onboard equipment
• Vehicle coolant, ventilation and general hose connections
• Agricultural machinery and irrigation systems
• Industrial equipment and compact pipe assemblies
• Workshop repairs and general engineering maintenance
• Food-sector equipment where 304 stainless steel is suitable for the intended conditions

Selecting the correct clip

Measure the outside diameter of the hose after it has been fitted over the pipe, connector or spigot. Select a clip whose adjustment range comfortably includes that measurement. Position the band evenly over the hose and fitting before tightening to the recommended torque.

Pressure capability decreases as clip diameter increases and also depends on the hose, fitting, installation quality and operating conditions. These Light Range clamps are not intended as substitutes for specialist high-pressure couplings or heavy-duty bolted clamps.
