Jubilee® Junior Zinc-Plated Mild Steel Mini Hose Clips – Nut & Bolt Clamps

• Compact Small-Bore Clamp: Designed for securing narrow flexible hoses where a standard full-size worm drive clip would be unnecessarily large or difficult to position.
• Nut and Bolt Adjustment: The compact screw fastening provides controlled tightening around correctly sized hose connections using a suitable 7 mm driver or spanner.
• Zinc-Protected Steel: Manufactured from mild steel with a protective zinc coating for general automotive, agricultural, workshop and maintenance applications.
• Suitable for Confined Areas: The small housing and narrow band make these clips practical for fuel pipes, heater hoses, machinery and equipment with restricted fitting space.
• Selectable Size and Quantity: Choose the required clamping range and pack quantity from the available product options before adding the clips to your basket.

Compact Clips for Small-Bore Hose Connections

Jubilee® Junior hose clips provide a compact fastening solution for compatible fuel pipes, heater hoses and other small-bore hose connections used in low-pressure systems.

Selecting the Correct Clip

Measure the outside diameter of the hose after it has been fitted over the pipe, connector or hose tail. Choose a clamp that fits the assembled connection without positioning it at the extreme end of its adjustment range.

Installation

Position the clip over the section of hose covering the fitting. Tighten the screw evenly using a suitable 7 mm tool until the hose is held securely. Avoid overtightening, particularly when working with soft hose materials or plastic connectors.

Application Note

These clips are intended for compatible low-pressure, small-bore hose applications. Use a suitably rated clamp where the system involves higher pressure, safety-critical equipment or specialist certification requirements.
