Jubilee® Superclamp Heavy-Duty Zinc-Plated Mild Steel T-Bolt Hose Clamps

• Heavy-duty hose clamping: Jubilee® Superclamps are engineered for demanding suction, delivery, automotive, agricultural and industrial hoses where a standard worm-drive clip may not provide sufficient clamping force.
• Even 360-degree sealing: The formed bridge piece carries the band across the opening beneath the fastening assembly, helping maintain continuous pressure around the hose and reduce potential leakage points.
• Hose-friendly smooth band: The wide, smooth internal surface spreads clamping pressure over a larger area and helps reduce cutting, pinching and localised damage to rubber, reinforced and flexible hose materials.
• Robust single-nut adjustment: A solid trunnion and accessible bolt fastening provide controlled tightening, straightforward installation and dependable retention in machinery, vehicle and workshop applications.
• Extensive size selection: Available in closely graduated adjustment ranges for small automotive hoses through to large industrial ducting and delivery hoses, allowing a more accurate fit than broadly adjustable clamps.

Jubilee® Superclamp Heavy-Duty Mild Steel Hose Clamps

Jubilee® Superclamps are designed for demanding hose connections that require greater clamping force and a more substantial construction than a conventional worm-drive hose clip. They are commonly used on suction and delivery hoses, automotive pipework, agricultural machinery, pumps, industrial equipment and other heavy-duty hose installations.

The zinc-plated mild steel construction provides practical corrosion protection for general automotive, agricultural, workshop and industrial environments. A wide, smooth band distributes clamping pressure across a larger section of the hose, helping reduce localised damage to rubber, reinforced and flexible hose materials.

Continuous clamping around the hose

A formed bridge piece spans the opening beneath the bolt assembly, helping maintain continuous 360-degree contact around the hose. The solid trunnion supports the fastening bolt and allows controlled application of the specified tightening torque.

Selecting the correct size

Measure the outside diameter of the hose after it has been fitted over the pipe, spigot or connector. Select a Superclamp whose stated adjustment range includes that installed diameter. These clamps have relatively narrow adjustment ranges, so the hose should be measured accurately before ordering.

Typical applications include:

• Industrial suction and delivery hoses
• Vehicle coolant, air-intake and reinforced hose connections
• Agricultural machinery and irrigation equipment
• Pumps, compressors and vacuum equipment
• Construction and manufacturing machinery
• Heavy-duty ventilation and flexible ducting

Use the correct socket or spanner for the selected clamp and tighten only to the specified recommended torque. Excessive tightening may damage the clamp, hose or underlying fitting.

These products are T-bolt-style hose clamps. They should not be described as universal clamps for joining rigid vehicle exhaust pipes unless the intended application, operating temperature and pipe construction have been independently confirmed.
