Jubilee® Original Range Mild Steel Zinc-Plated Hose Clips – Worm Drive Pipe Clamps, Multiple Sizes

• Original Jubilee® worm-drive clips: Manufactured for dependable hose connections across automotive maintenance, plumbing, irrigation, agricultural machinery, construction and general workshop applications.
• Zinc-protected mild steel: Every component is manufactured from mild steel with a protective zinc coating, providing practical corrosion resistance for everyday indoor and general-purpose installations.
• Controlled, adjustable clamping: The continuously threaded band allows the clip diameter to be adjusted accurately, helping create a firm and even connection around compatible hoses, pipes and fittings.
• Designed to protect the hose: A smooth internal band profile and rolled edges reduce the risk of cutting or damaging the hose surface, including softer rubber and silicone hose materials.
• Wide choice of diameters: Select the required adjustment range for small automotive hoses, household pipework, irrigation equipment, workshop machinery or larger industrial hose connections.

Jubilee® Original Range Mild Steel Hose Clips

The Jubilee® Original Range is a proven selection of adjustable worm-drive hose clips designed for everyday hose joining and pipe-clamping work. Manufactured from zinc-protected mild steel, these clips offer a practical balance of clamping performance, adjustability and corrosion protection for automotive, agricultural, industrial and household applications.

The continuously threaded band provides flexible diameter adjustment throughout the stated size range. Tightening the 7mm across-flats screw draws the band evenly around the hose, helping secure it against a compatible pipe, connector or fitting. The smooth internal profile and rolled band edges are designed to reduce damage to rubber, silicone and other softer hose materials.

Choosing the correct size

Measure the outside diameter of the hose after it has been positioned over the pipe or fitting. Select a clip whose adjustment range contains that measurement, ideally with the hose diameter positioned near the middle of the available range. Do not select a clip based only on the internal diameter of an uninstalled hose.

Typical uses include:

• Vehicle coolant, ventilation and general-purpose hose connections
• Garden hoses, irrigation lines and agricultural machinery
• Pneumatic and suitable hydraulic equipment
• Household plumbing, drainage and appliance hoses
• Workshop repairs, machinery maintenance and construction work

The correct tightening torque and pressure rating depend on the selected clip diameter. Avoid overtightening, as excessive torque may damage the hose, fitting or clamp. For marine, food-processing or highly corrosive environments, a suitable stainless steel Jubilee® clip should be selected instead.
