Stainless Steel Double Wire Hose Clips for Pond & Spiral Hose 13-80mm

• Designed for profiled hose: The twin round wires sit on either side of the raised helix on compatible spiral, corrugated and reinforced hose.
• Sixteen adjustment ranges: Choose from sizes covering outside hose diameters from 13mm to 80mm.
• W4 stainless steel construction: Suitable for compatible connections where resistance to moisture and general environmental exposure is required.
• Screw-adjusted fit: The threaded fastener allows the clip to be tightened around the assembled hose and connector.
• Flexible pack quantities: Every available size can be ordered individually or in packs of 4 or 10.

Stainless Steel Double Wire Clips for Spiral Hose

Boltza® double wire hose clips are designed for securing compatible spiral, corrugated and reinforced hose to a suitable connector or hose-tail fitting. The two parallel round wires can sit on either side of the hose helix, helping the clip follow the raised profile more closely than a conventional flat-band clamp.

The screw mechanism draws the clip together around the connection. Smooth round wires provide defined contact with the hose without the sharp perforated band found on some conventional worm-drive clips.

Available in 16 Sizes from 13mm to 80mm

Choose from sixteen adjustment ranges covering assembled hose outside diameters from 13mm to 80mm. Every size is available individually or in packs of 4 or 10, allowing you to order for a single repair or several matching connections.

The stated size is the clip's adjustment range, not the nominal internal diameter of the hose. Measure the completed connection before selecting your clip.

How to Choose the Correct Size

1. Fit the hose fully over its connector or hose-tail fitting.
2. Measure the complete outside diameter at the intended clip position.
3. Select an adjustment range that contains your measured diameter.
4. Check that the two wires align correctly around the raised hose helix.
5. Tighten evenly without crushing, cutting or permanently distorting the hose.

For example, an assembled hose measuring 40mm outside diameter requires a clip range containing 40mm, such as the 38-44mm option. Do not select the clip using the unassembled hose's nominal internal diameter alone.

Typical Uses

• Flexible pond and filtration hose
• Koi pond pump connections
• Spiral and corrugated hose
• Irrigation and agricultural equipment
• Selected domestic-appliance hoses
• Compatible automotive hose connections
• General low-pressure hose installations

These are general application examples. Confirm the hose profile, measured outside diameter, operating pressure, temperature and material compatibility before installation. No universal pressure rating should be assumed.

Frequently Asked Questions

How are double wire hose clips measured?

Measure the outside diameter of the hose after it has been fitted over its connector. Choose an adjustment range that contains the measured diameter.

Why are there two wires?

The parallel wires are designed to sit around the raised helix of a compatible spiral or corrugated hose. This helps the clip follow the hose profile.

Can these clips be used on pond hose?

Yes, provided the hose profile and assembled outside diameter match the selected clip. They are suitable for many flexible pond, filtration and koi pond hose connections.

Are these clips suitable for high-pressure hose?

No high-pressure rating is currently documented for this range. The listing positions these clips for compatible low-pressure applications, so suitability must be verified where pressure is critical.

Are the clips made from SS304 stainless steel?

The current specification identifies this range as W4 stainless steel. A specific stainless steel grade should not be assumed unless confirmed by the manufacturer or supplier documentation.
